The rules and conditions governing your use of GurujiLED.
By accessing or using the GurujiLED platform ("Platform") operated by GurujiLED Signage Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including customers, administrators, and viewers.
GurujiLED provides a cloud-based digital signage management platform that allows users to remotely manage LED display networks, schedule content, monitor screen health, and generate analytics reports. The Platform includes the web dashboard, the NVS Android Player application, and associated APIs.
To use the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Access to device management features is controlled by player licences assigned to each connected display. Licences are subject to the plan purchased by your account administrator. Expired or suspended licences will result in the affected displays showing an access-blocked screen.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any licence or plan at its discretion, with notice where reasonably possible.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
You retain full ownership of any media files, layouts, and content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and deliver that content to your registered devices solely for the purpose of providing the Platform service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.
Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed as agreed at the time of plan purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in service suspension. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
We strive to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and events beyond our reasonable control (including internet outages, force majeure) may affect availability. The Android Player is designed to continue operating offline during such events using cached content.
The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by GurujiLED Signage Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
